Safety
Safety First. Responsibility Always.
Our teams work with materials that can exceed 1,000°C. That demands disciplined procedures, appropriate equipment, trained personnel and constant attention to hazards. A Safety Officer-to-Employee ratio of 1:50 provides dedicated oversight across our workforce.
Our Safety Practices
- Job-specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Safe operating conditions for machinery and equipment
- Fire extinguishers on operational equipment
- Safety cones and breakdown-response provisions
- Medical kits and emergency preparedness
- Hazard identification and risk assessment

- Appropriate supervision and operational controls
Environmental Responsibility
- Dust suppression using water cannons
- Site-greening and plantation initiatives wherever appropriate
- Responsible material handling and continual improvement of environmental practices
Safety is not only a requirement of our work—it is a responsibility shared by everyone.
